We needed to remove two leaning trees and a huge overgrown bush.We rescheduled once due to bad weather and he communicated with me in advance to arrange a new date. He listened well when I discussed my concerns and said he would lower the top sections rather than just letting them fall so that the ornamental plants and trees nearby, the adjacent fence and gravel bed / lawn would not be disturbed (no small task). He did it exactly as agreed, removing every tiny stick and leaving the yard pristine, with no evidence he had been there. The stumps were cut so low that they disappear under the mulch. I have used 3 other tree services but will only recommend and use Ross from now on. Thank you, Ross, for a job very well done! See more See less
